Responsibilities
- Assess students' physical, emotional, and developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' success
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Monitor and report on student progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively with educators and parents
- Effective organizational and time management skills
