Overview
Northwest Permanente (NWP) is the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington with 1,500+ physicians and 300+ administrative professionals caring for 615,000+ Kaiser Permanente members. Northwest Permanente, P.C. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our growing medical group at the North Lancaster Medical Office in Salem.
Program Highlights
- Three Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job clinics are standalone sites located near KP medical office buildings throughout the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area, with dedicated services for occupational injury care.
- An additional On-the-Job clinic is located within a Salem KP medical office building.
- All medical office buildings offer a full complement of ancillary services to support comprehensive patient care.
- We serve a diverse mix of employers across industries including manufacturing, construction, natural resources, and distribution—reflecting the economic vitality of the Salem region.

Annual Salary Range
The annual salary for this position is $224,400 - $273,700 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
