About the Role
The successful candidate will provide occupational medicine services to employees of Loma Linda University Medical Center and affiliated organizations. They will also serve as a resource for workplace health and safety issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational medicine services including evaluations, consultations, and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workplace health and safety programs.
- Collaborate with human resources and other departments to address workplace health and safety concerns.
- Participate in continuing medical education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine.
- Current California Medical License.
- Experience in occupational medicine preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $176,500 - $200,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans.
Schedule
This position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the patient population and the department.
