Occupational Medicine Physician Associate - Locum Tenens Coverage

About the role

This role involves providing occupational medicine and urgent care services in an on-site outpatient clinic. You will deliver day-shift clinical care to adult patients, managing approximately 20-25 cases daily. The caseload consists of about 90% occupational medicine and 10% urgent care cases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and acute conditions
• Manage patient care effectively using prescriptive authority
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling patient evaluations and treatments

Requirements

• Board certification in your clinical specialty
• Prescriptive authority
• Experience in occupational medicine and urgent care (preferred)
• Ability to handle a high patient volume in a fast-paced setting
