Responsibilities
- Responds to health issues
- Performs screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, audiometry)
- Supports safety initiatives
- Assists with wellness programs and workers' compensation cases
Requirements
- Current unrestricted LPN license
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Preferably 1+ years’ nursing experience
- Clinical hours may be accepted for graduate nurses
