Occupational Health Nurse (PRN)

About the role

Provides workplace medical and wellness services, including patient triage, evaluation, referral, phlebotomy, immunizations, BLS instruction, hearing tests, and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises HRA team members
• Implements program policies
• Maintains OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and FMLA compliance
• Promotes health, safety, and wellness initiatives in a corporate setting

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license
• Minimum three years of clinical experience
• Current healthcare provider certification
• CPR instructor certification is a plus

• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Knowledge of medical and allied health services
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in health promotion
• Facilitation skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, and bending activities

• Requires physical strength and endurance for prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and various movements necessary for patient care
