From delivering hands-on care to leading wellness initiatives and managing employee health programs, you’ll be at the center of creating a safe, responsive, and employee-focused medical environment.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum of five years of experience providing patient care in a clinical or occupational setting.
- Minimum of two years of experience in phlebotomy.
- Strong knowledge of general nursing practices, occupational health principles, and compliance standards.
- Able to manage confidential medical information with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical documentation systems and digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
- Previous experience in occupational health or emergency medicine.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN or COHN-S).
- Current National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approved spirometry training.
- Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) audiometry certification.
- Drug screen collection certification or training.
- Experience working with Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Your Work Environment
- Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.
- Working in a medical office or manufacturing setting with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
- Use of computers and digital tools in an office environment.
- Occasional exposure to production environments requiring safety equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.
- Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
