As a Registered Nurse – Occupational Health, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding the health, safety, and wellbeing of our workforce at our manufacturing site in Painesville, OH. From delivering hands-on care to leading wellness initiatives and managing employee health programs, you’ll be at the center of creating a safe, responsive, and employee-focused medical environment.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum of five years of experience providing patient care in a clinical or occupational setting.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in phlebotomy.
  • Strong knowledge of general nursing practices, occupational health principles, and compliance standards.
  • Able to manage confidential medical information with discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation systems and digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

  • Previous experience in occupational health or emergency medicine.
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN or COHN-S).
  • Current National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approved spirometry training.
  • Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) audiometry certification.
  • Drug screen collection certification or training.
  • Experience working with Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Your Work Environment

  • Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.
  • Working in a medical office or manufacturing setting with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
  • Use of computers and digital tools in an office environment.
  • Occasional exposure to production environments requiring safety equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.
  • Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
