Occupational Health and Safety Manager

About the Role

Lead safety programs across multiple states, promote a proactive safety culture, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Health & Safety (H&S) programs
• Manage occupational injuries from triage to claim resolution
• Develop and improve safety policies
• Conduct incident investigations and safety audits
• Lead employee safety training
• Maintain safety documentation
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, MSHA, and other regulatory standards
• Collaborate with teams, management, and medical providers to reduce incident rates
• Support return-to-work processes
• Work independently in various environments, including construction sites and offices

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction experience
• BCSP certification preferred
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Ability to perform physical activities, including site navigation and lifting up to 75 pounds
