Occupant Safety CAE Engineer
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, job title is Safety Engineer (but we do not repeat as heading). We need sections: - About the role: likely the introductory paragraph describing role: "The Safety Engineer will generate occupant CAE models through multiple development stages. You will also conceptualize, Design, Engineer, develop, and support the launch of next-generation vehicle platform architectures for electric vehicles. You will use your skills in collaboration, systems engineering, FMA/design robustness, CAE and safety DV efficiency to develop world class efficient vehicle architectures for frontal, side, rear, pedestrian impact, roof strength and low speed damageability." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: "Work with Advanced Vehicle Crash Safety and Program Design teams to develop occupant CAE models in LS-Dyna for various crash modes. Collaborate with responsible D&Rs and associated component suppliers to ensure component CAE models are properly correlated and/or reasonable initial assumptions are being made. Where appropriate, conduct DOE/DFSS studies by utilizing optimization tools, to meet performance requirements within the constraints of conflicting attributes such cost and mass. Support quick concept development of new and emerging ideas. Assess the system level occupant performance for all relevant impact configurations. Optimize the performance of the relevant components needed to meet occupant performance targets (airbags, seat belts, steering column, seats, instrument panel, interior trim etc.) Collaborate with the safety structures team in case structural performance of the BIW does not allow meeting occupant performance targets. Support the creation of standard work procedures for delivering quality models and simulation results. Work in a cross-functional environment to identify and overcome technical challenges and meet requirements. Be a part of the vision of engineering excellence and a source of knowledge. Participate in design reviews and present design concepts. Make recommendations to improve and refine designs. Support the delivery of the occupant safety attribute with high quality CAE models during all program phases all the way through Start-of-Production." We can list each as
with the link. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

- Strong engineering mechanics fundamentals.
- Highly motivated and creative.
- Strong technical skills and expertise in safety and simulation, coupled with a 1st principles approach to problem solving.

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, startup environment in which the team works extremely quickly and oftentimes with little direction.
- Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and clearly articulate significant engineering and material cost efficiencies.
Skills
We could maybe combine some of the above? But we already used Qualifications for preferred qualifications. Skills maybe we can list technical skills like "collaboration, systems engineering, FMA/design robustness, CAE and safety DV efficiency". However those were in About the role. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can omit Skills section if no distinct content. But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we have Qualifications covering preferred qualifications, we might not need Skills. However we still have some skill-like statements in the "Even better, you may have..." which we placed under Qualifications. Could we move those to Skills? Actually "Even better, you may have..." are preferred qualifications, not skills. But we could treat them as Skills. However we already have Qualifications for "You'll have..." (must-have). The "Even better..." could be Qualifications (preferred). Then Skills could be something like "collaboration, systems engineering, FMA/design robustness, CAE and safety DV efficiency". But those are already in About the role. Might be okay to have Skills section with those. Let's extract skills: collaboration, systems engineering, FMA/design robustness, CAE and safety DV efficiency. Also maybe "strong technical skills and expertise in safety and simulation". But that's similar. We could create Skills section with a list: collaboration, systems engineering, FMA/design robustness, CAE, safety DV efficiency. But we need to avoid duplication? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in the original? It might be considered duplicate lines; we should remove duplicated lines. The phrase "collaboration, systems engineering, FMA/design robustness, CAE and safety DV efficiency" appears only once in the About the role paragraph. If we also list them in Skills, that would be duplication of content (though not exact same wording). Might be considered duplicative. Better to not create a Skills section if it would just repeat content already covered. Since we already have About the role covering those skills, we can omit Skills section. Thus we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check Benefits: we have a paragraph with many benefits. We'll make a
- for each distinct benefit. List benefits: - Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage - Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more - Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more - Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases - Tuition assistance - Established and active employee resource groups - Paid time off for individual and team community service - A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and
