Occupancy Planner (Temp)

About The Role

This is a temp position. Temp duration 6-12 months.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Congduct meetings on unresolved drawing issues.
• Communicate with clients regarding property profiles, site inspections, and other related reports.
• Research new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Cooordinate IWMS facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis.
• Apply strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and client specific CAD standards, including but not limited to the following disciplines: architectural, structural, furniture, mechanical and security as they relate to corporate real estate drawing records.
• Use AutoCAD to maintain accurate data and drawing records in applicable computer aided facility management (CAFM) systems.
• Ensure all submitted and edited CAD drawings adhere to CAD drawing standards prior to submission acceptance into the document management system and CAFM system.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and ArcGIS Software.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Pay

The minimum salary for the Occupancy Planner position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
