OCC THERAPIST - HOME CARE
Job Summary
This position is responsible to assess patient's functional and cognitive problems including daily living activities, upper extremity, strength, endurance, fine/gross motor skills and evaluates premorbid, vocational and community roles. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
Education/Training/Experience
- Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
- PREFERRED: License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
- Possess current Illinois professional occupational therapist license or letter to test from Department of Professional Regulation in the State of Illinois.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Automobile. Current driver's license.
- Cell phone.
- Proof of auto insurance or equivalent to state law requirement.

PAY RATE: $38.13 - $57.20 Competitive Benefits BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
