• U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Wage and Hour Division – Enforces regulations related to the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage, overtime pay, hours) and the Family Medical Leave Act.
• U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) – Enforces federal statutes relating to discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, or disability, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Sections 501 and 505 of the Rehabilitation Act.
