Role: Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician providing inpatient 24/7 labor and delivery coverage. Responsibilities: Manage unassigned patients and emergencies, oversee in-house labor and delivery, handle emergency gynecological surgeries, and conduct inpatient consults. Practice Details: Cover shifts from 8 am to 8 am, primarily during 24-hour non-consecutive shifts. Qualifications: Board certification and active California medical license required. Skills & Experience: Proficiency with Cerner EMR, ability to handle high-volume deliveries (~20/month), and experience in inpatient obstetrics care. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, ensure patient safety, and respond to emergencies efficiently.
