Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician Opportunity- Minutes from Charlotte, NC

About the role

MUSC Health Catawba Division is seeking an OB/GYN to join an established department of OBGYNs at a new location on our comprehensive medical campus in Indian Land, SC. As a partner and collaborator with our academic medical center, you’ll have access to advanced technologies such as specialty and sub-specialty diagnostic support, and direct affiliation with clinical centers of excellence, all to better empower you to increase and optimize care locally. The division serves Lancaster and Chester counties, just minutes from the booming suburban area of the greater Charlotte, NC metropolitan area. Residents enjoy some of the best schools in South Carolina and a very affordable cost of living. The new campus will include a three‑story medical office building and MUSC Health Indian Land Medical Center, a full‑service hospital anticipated to open in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Practice in a new location in a booming area
• Call ratio 1:5
• OB/GYN group averages about 550 deliveries annually and sees approximately 20 patients daily per physician
• Well‑trained ultrasonographer in office
• Seasoned L&D and OR personnel
• 40% obstetrics / 60% gynecology; opportunity for more obstetrics as the clinic grows
• Level 2 nursery
• Clinic located on a new comprehensive medical campus scheduled to open in 2028
