Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician

Opportunity Highlights

• Work in various settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient Labor & Delivery, and the operating room
• Teach medical students and residents from Harvard Medical School, Tufts University School of Medicine, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center across all settings
• Part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Certified Nurse Midwives, Family Medicine physicians, Ob/Gyn trained Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners
• Manageable call schedule
• Assume an established patient panel from diverse backgrounds and have capacity to accommodate new patients
• Opportunity to get involved with quality/performance improvement initiatives for the Department
• Collaborative staff with low clinician turnover
• Position is located in Cambridge, with flexibility to practice in either Somerville or Revere if preferred
• The position carries a Harvard Medical School (HMS) appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications, and commitment to teaching responsibilities

• Full time guaranteed base salary range of $250,000-$330,000 based on years of experience
• Total compensation includes base salary plus production incentive

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Ob/Gyn
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Full time and experience is preferred
