About the role

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking physicians who are board certified or board eligible by an American Medical Specialty Board. Our North Bay locations in Sonoma County offer practice settings that are conveniently located near excellent schools, and offer affordable housing, diverse communities, and an abundance of recreational activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a high-performing team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide comprehensive patient care within the scope of your medical specialty.
• Participate in clinical decision-making processes and collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in professional development activities to maintain and enhance your medical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to manage patient care and workflow.

Requirements

• Board certification or board eligibility in an American Medical Specialty Board.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a dedication to improving the health of the communities we serve.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice medicine in California.
• Experience in the relevant medical specialty preferred.

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
