About the role

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting an OB/GYN physician to support patients in the northern communities near Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA.

Responsibilities

• Support the growing obstetrics and gynecology program at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital
• Work with a team of physicians, APPs/midwives, and nurses
• Collaborate with independent OB/GYN groups supporting the hospital
• Provide comprehensive maternity care, including prenatal classes and OB hospitalist coverage
• Participate in a trauma center that handles Level II cases

Requirements

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current medical license in the state of Georgia
• Experience in providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Pay

Up to $100,000 in loan assistance with a 5-year commitment
