About the role

Locum Obstetrics/Gynecologist position providing on-call coverage near Calera, OK. The role involves call-only duties with a beeper system and a 1:2 call ratio.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform OB ultrasounds (screening, level I/II, anatomic)
• Assist with delivery and surgical procedures, including:
  • Vaginal deliveries
  • C-sections
  • Breech deliveries
  • Multiple births
  • Repair of lacerations
• Handle complicated deliveries and VBACs
• Make decisions regarding cesarean sections
• Work in Level 3 trauma settings
• Use EMR systems such as Cerner and Athena

Requirements

• Fellowship training
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Oklahoma medical license
• Experience in complicated deliveries and decision-making for cesareans
