About the Role

Join a collaborative department currently consisting of 1 OB/GYN physician and 2 APPs at an independent, physician-owned organization with more than 100 physicians and APPs representing 35+ specialties.

Schedule

• 4-day work week
• Call approximately 10 days/month

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care within a collaborative department
• Participate in call approximately 10 days per month
• Utilize Da Vinci XI (training provided if no prior robotic experience)

Requirements

• No fellowship required
• Will consider experienced physicians as well as recent graduates
• No visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits

• $400K–$425K guaranteed salary
• $25K–$50K sign-on bonus or total compensation package of approximately $450K
• Partnership/stockholder opportunity after 18 months
• Unlimited earning potential as a partner

• Eligible for the Kansas State Loan Repayment Program
