Obstetrics Gynecologist - Locum Tenens

About the role

We are seeking an OB/GYN for vacation coverage with call-only duties. You will respond to hotel pager calls within 30 minutes and have no clinic responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage 0-5 deliveries per shift and see up to 10 patients during call.
• Handle low and high-risk pregnancies, including C-sections, VBAC, breech, and multiple births.
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds.
• Conduct minor gynecology procedures such as IUD placement, colposcopy, and cryosurgery.
• Provide OB/GYN call coverage with no clinic duties, focusing on pregnancy management.

Requirements

• Experience in managing pregnancies, including high and low risk.
• Proficiency in OB ultrasound interpretation.
• Ability to perform gynecological procedures.
• Strong communication and response skills for call coverage.
