Responsibilities

• Attend the Annual Women’s Care Provider Summit with CME

Requirements

• MD/DO Unrestricted State Medical License
• Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
• Completion of ACGME OBGYN Residency program
• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• BLS
