Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care for obstetrics and gynecology cases, including 24-hour call coverage with backup support.
- Manage a variety of obstetric and gynecological conditions, ensuring quality patient care.
- Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive maternal and reproductive health services.
- Handle obstetrics and gynecology cases, participate in call coverage, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
- Contribute to patient safety and care continuity.
Qualifications
- Board certification in OB/GYN
- Active North Carolina license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Certifications in ACLS and BLS
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
