Facility location: The city is the tribal headquarters of the Oglala Sioux Tribe on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation and the eighth-largest reservation in the United States. The community of Pine Ridge was established in 1889 in the southwest corner of South Dakota which borders with Nebraska. There is a huge variety of plants and animal life, including a
