Obstetrician/Gynecologist - Locum Tenens

Role And Responsibilities This position involves providing obstetric and gynecologic care during 24-hour in-house call shifts at an inpatient and ER facility. The clinician will manage a high-volume obstetric practice, supporting approximately 4,544 annual hospital deliveries, including hospitalist deliveries, and providing comprehensive inpatient and emergency care. Continuous on-site availability during shifts is required to handle all obstetric and gynecologic cases. The role includes prescriptive authority and collaboration with a team comprising an OB/GYN, a certified nurse midwife, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and 24/7 in-house anesthesia. Qualifications And Skills Candidates must be board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, possess prescriptive authority, and be prepared to provide full scope inpatient and ER care. Strong clinical judgment, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork skills are essential.
