About the role

Kadlec Clinic is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a supportive and highly collegial team in Richland, Washington. The position offers a flexible 4‑ or 5‑day work schedule, allowing providers to tailor their practice to a balanced lifestyle or a higher‑production model. The role includes a mix of clinic and surgical time with access to two DaVinci robotic systems, an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, supporting a comprehensive scope of practice. Kadlec’s OB‑GYN program is well‑established and busy, delivering more than 2,700 deliveries annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide both inpatient and outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Perform surgical procedures, including robotic‑assisted cases using DaVinci systems.
• Collaborate with the ASC, Perinatal Center, and Fertility Clinic to deliver comprehensive patient services.
• Participate in on‑call coverage (approximately six days per month).
• Maintain high‑quality clinical documentation and adhere to practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and board eligibility/certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is a plus.
• Eligibility for J‑1 waiver and H‑1B sponsorship (in‑house immigration counsel available).
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and teamwork.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation ranging from $375,745 to $487,670 (may include productivity, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra‑shift incentives).
• $90,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

• Full‑time position.
• Option of four 10‑hour shifts or five 8‑hour shifts per week, Monday – Friday.
• On‑call duties approximately six days per month.
