ObGyn position at UPMC Horizon in Farrell, PA - Up to $500K base with high earning potential
About the role
UPMC Horizon in the growing suburban area 45 minutes from the Pittsburgh Airport is actively recruiting OB/GYN physicians. The practice averages 1,100 deliveries and over 1,000 surgical cases annually, supported by a Level II NICU via UPMC Children’s, 24/7 in-house anesthesia, and robotics capabilities. The team includes 6 other OB/GYNs, 13 advanced practice providers/midwives, and shares call duties averaging 4–5 calls per month. Occasional teaching opportunities are available for medical students, residents, and fellows if desired.
Compensation
- $500,000 base salary for candidates with 3+ years of experience
- $475,000 base salary for new graduates
- $35,000 starting bonus
- Productivity bonuses paid via RVU-based model
