Responsibilities

• Care for unassigned inpatient OB and GYN patients
• Provide triage and OB ED services
• Offer hospital-based GYN consults
• Support Labor & Delivery by interpreting fetal monitoring, performing key obstetric procedures, monitoring laboring patients, and performing vaginal deliveries (including VBAC & C-Sections)
• Oversight of trainees and mid-level clinicians
• Assistance in surgeries
• Serving as an MFM extender
• Participation on the OB Rapid Response Team
• Contribution to patient-safety and quality initiatives

Requirements

• A completed ACGME/AOA accredited OB/GYN Residency program

Qualifications

Patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving diverse patients. Passionate about community health and hospital-based obstetric care, dedicated to serving underserved patient populations.

Skills

Experience in hospital-based obstetric care, ability to manage patient panels, and strong communication skills.
