OB Surgical Tech Labor and Delivery PRN
Job Summary
Join Alaska Regional Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, as an Obstetric Surgical Technologist (OB Surgical Tech) in Labor and Delivery. This role requires Basic Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- No travel required
- No experience required
Responsibilities
Prepare the surgical suite and organize instruments, equipment, and supplies. Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping. Provide instruments, equipment, and hands-on support during obstetric procedures. Maintain a sterile field, perform counts, and ensure instruments and equipment function properly. Work closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience.
