OB Hospitalist with Mercy in Northwest Arkansas

About the role

Mercy Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time, board certified/board eligible OB Hospitalist to join their OB Hospitalist group. The position offers a competitive compensation model, resident stipend and/or commencement bonus, comprehensive benefits, and professional liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Work with a collaborative staff of OB/GYN physicians and APPs
• Average of 2,600 annual deliveries
• 24-hour shifts dedicated to L&D, Antepartum, and the OB Emergency Department
• 24/7 support from in-house anesthesia and neonatology, with Maternal-Fetal Medicine available virtually around the clock
• Access to a 33-bed Level III NICU

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility
• Experience in obstetric hospital medicine
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Arkansas
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
