About the Role

The Level III trauma center and the only full‑service hospital in the region is seeking a full‑time OB/GYN. The organization has served the area for more than 75 years and cares for over 100,000 patients annually. The practice offers a well‑rounded mix of obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative environment supported by Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

Position Highlights

• Well‑rounded OB/GYN practice with approximately 60 % OB and 40 % GYN
• 4.5 days per week in clinic with 0.5 day dedicated to GYN surgery
• Average of 20–25 patients per day
• Level III NICU with neonatology support and regional referral capabilities
• Maternal‑Fetal Medicine services through Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center
• Minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery (DaVinci robotics)
• Collaborative practice environment with Texas Tech faculty and residents

Compensation & Benefits

• Historical total earning potential above $800,000 annually
• $50,000 signing bonus

Pay

Pay Rate: $450,000.00 – $800,000.00

Schedule

4.5 days per week in clinic with 0.5 day dedicated to GYN surgery.
