OB/GYN Physician Position in Winston Salem, NC

Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of North Carolina, is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Winston-Salem, NC. The practice consists of 5 OB/GYN physicians with 2 nurse practitioners for support, serving patients in the Winston‑Salem area for almost 40 years at one office location. Physicians perform deliveries and surgical procedures at two local hospitals—Novant Forsyth Medical Center and North Carolina Baptist Hospital—both offering Level III NICU, robotic surgery, and women’s health subspecialty support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic patient care in a team‑based setting.
• Perform deliveries and surgical gynecology procedures at Novant Forsyth Medical Center and North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
• Offer diagnostic testing and reproductive health treatments.
• Participate in mentorship for graduating resident physicians.
• Optionally engage in teaching activities with the Wake Forest University OB/GYN residency program.

Schedule

• 1 in 5 weekly call; weekend coverage only once every 5 weeks.
• Average patient census: ~30 patients per day per OB/GYN in clinic.
