OB/GYN Physician - Generalist - Poughkeepsie, NY
About the Role
Optum NY is seeking an OB/GYN Generalist to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be part of a clinician-led care organization that empowers you to practice at the top of your license with robust clinical resources, data, and support. You will provide comprehensive women's health services, including office visits, deliveries, and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures, with a full complement of support teams and diagnostic testing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Independent practice with strong affiliation to a local tertiary care hospital
- Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including major and minor procedures, minimally invasive surgeries, and robotics
- Deliver comprehensive women's health services through office visits, deliveries, and inpatient/outoperative surgical procedures
- Collaborate with GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU physicians
- Monday-Friday clinic/office schedule with built-in rounding time
Requirements
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or New York application in process
- Board Certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
Benefits & Pay
The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is determined by factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
