About the role

MidSouth OBGYN is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join our established, physician-led practice in Memphis, Tennessee. This opportunity offers a clear and defined path to partnership, allowing physicians to build long-term stability within a collaborative private practice setting. With a strong patient base, balanced schedule, and supportive team environment, this role is well-suited for both residents and experienced physicians, featuring supportive onboarding and mentorship for new graduates and immediate patient volume for experienced physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, maintaining both obstetrics and gynecology skills
• Collaborate with partners for guidance and shared care
• Work within a streamlined workflow and team-based care model

• Maximize efficiency and time spent with patients

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Open to 2027 graduates and experienced physicians
• Team‑oriented with a commitment to patient‑centered care
• Must have completed or currently completing an ACGME/AOA‑approved Ob/Gyn residency program

Schedule

• Sustainable 4‑day clinic schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
• No Thursday clinic

• Weekday call rotates between float coverage and limited Friday night call
• Weekend call approximately 18 (days per year)
