About the Role
First California Physician Partners invites you to join a growing, physician-led OB/GYN team embedded within one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. You'll practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a resource-rich environment built to support both you and your patients at the highest level.
The Desert Care Network's three-hospital footprint — anchored by Desert Regional Medical Center — gives you the infrastructure of a major health system with the culture of a tight-knit community practice. This is a full-time, employed position with full-scope OB/GYN practice.
- Robotic surgery capabilities with 2 dedicated operating rooms
- Average daily patient census of 20–25 patients
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- 25 labor and delivery rooms; Level III NICU on-site
- On-site Laborist team, neonatologists, hospitalist pediatricians, and MFM
- In-office ultrasound available
- Clinic located in close proximity to Desert Regional Medical Center — the region's only Level I trauma center
Pay
Competitive salary range of $310,000–$450,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and productivity.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Eligible for California medical licensure

About the Organization
Desert Care Network serves the healthcare needs of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions in Southern California with three hospitals: Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio, and Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree.
The hospital network provides advanced care with services such as comprehensive stroke care, a cancer center, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and the only Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the Coachella Valley.
