OB/GYN - Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecologist - Yorktown, NY
About the Role
Optum NY is seeking a Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecologist to join our team in Yorktown Heights, NY. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll split time between two outpatient locations in Yorktown Heights and Poughkeepsie, maintaining a Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology practice with one other physician. This role offers a collegial group practice with a large referral base, excellent support staff, and dedicated practice management systems that allow you to practice at the top of your license.
You will work in a clinician-led, patient-centered environment guided by the Quadruple Aim: improving patient satisfaction, lowering costs, delivering high-quality outcomes, and increasing provider satisfaction and well-being. The role includes access to a state-of-the-art Epic EMR system and research opportunities if desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care in pediatric and adolescent gynecology
- Collaborate with a regional, interdisciplinary care team of over 2,100 providers
- Practice in a provider-led, team-based environment focused on quality care
- Utilize advanced medical information and technology to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Able to obtain unrestricted licensure in the state of New York (or have New York application in process)
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Completion of subspecialty training in pediatric and adolescent gynecology and minimally invasive surgery in children
- Active and unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Pay
For New York residents, the salary range is $318,275.00 to $472,626.00 per year. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus are variable based on experience and metric achievement. Pay is determined by factors including education, work experience, and certifications.
