OB/GYN Opportunity – Phoenix East / San Tan Valley, AZ

About the role

Responsibilities

• Practice at a well-established community clinic, MyObgyne, in the San Tan Valley.
• Work in a full-scope outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN practice.
• Collaborate with a team including Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), APPs, and behavioral health professionals.
• Contribute to a modern, evolving approach to women's health.
• Benefit from access to Da Vinci robotic surgery technology.
• Enjoy competitive compensation, including a sign-on bonus up to $100k and relocation assistance.
• Participate in a flexible schedule with 1 weekend call/month and 3 weekday calls/month.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OBGYN.
• Committed to patient-centered, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing comprehensive OB/GYN services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based medicine and maternal-fetal medicine.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and provide high-quality care.

Pay

$400k+ bonuses and complete benefits, first year comp $500k.

Schedule
