About the Role

The Women's Pavilion of South Mississippi is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join our established and expanding team. We welcome practicing physicians as well as 2027 and 2028 graduating residents who are looking for a supportive environment, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing community.

Responsibilities

• Practice Highlights:
• Established team of 7 board-certified OB/GYN physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology
• Robotic and minimally invasive surgical opportunities
• Dedicated half-day surgical block each week
• Advanced women's health services including 3D mammography, fetal ultrasound, infertility evaluation, and urogynecology care
• Three clinic locations serving a large regional patient population
• Affiliation with Merit Health Wesley featuring a Level III NICU
• Strong clinical and administrative support allowing physicians to focus on patient care
• Practice Highlights:
• Shared weekend call rotation of approximately 16
• Post-call day off
• Dedicated weekly surgery time

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for or holding a Mississippi medical license
• Strong surgical skills with interest in both OB and GYN care
• Committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and contributing to practice growth
• Interest in contributing to a growing women's health practice
