About the role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OB-GYN) to provide comprehensive inpatient, clinic, and operating room coverage at an on-site facility. The role involves managing a patient load of approximately 18-22 patients daily and supporting around 450-500 deliveries annually.
Responsibilities
- Delivering full scope obstetric and gynecologic care
- Participating in pager call coverage
- Collaborating with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
Requirements
- Active licensure in Washington or IMLC
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology
Work Environment
The facility operates with fewer than 100 beds, offering obstetric and gynecologic services without trauma designation. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and adaptability to varied settings. The position offers a supportive environment with established protocols and a dedicated clinical team. Day shifts with 24-hour call duties are required.
