About the role

An established private OB/GYN practice with over 21 years of experience is seeking an experienced obstetrician‑gynecologist to join its team in Southern California. The practice offers a mix of obstetrics and gynecology work, flexibility in weekly scheduling, and the option to work 100 % as a hospitalist with a variety of shift patterns. The organization features a Level IV NICU, 24‑hour maternal‑fetal medicine support, academic affiliation, and a strong hospitalist program. Start date: ASAP.

Pay

Pay Rate: $350,000 – $500,000 per year.

Schedule

• Flexible weekly schedule that includes both clinic and surgery time.
• Open to 100 % hospitalist assignments and a range of shift options.
• Call options available with extra compensation.
