Shift Description

Join the MercyOne Genesis OB/GYN Hospitalist Team. MercyOne Genesis is seeking an experienced BC/BE OB/GYN to join its OB/GYN Hospitalist service in Silvis, IL. We offer a Full-time employed opportunity - 7 24-hour in-house shifts per month – Flexible schedule (part-time and PRN opportunities available as well).

Responsibilities

• Providing care for OB & GYN emergencies in ER and labor & delivery
• Care for unassigned patients and accept/manage transfers from smaller hospitals in the region
• Provide after hours call for OB/GYN practice
• Dedicated surgical suite with access to robot
• Approx 600 Births/year
• Level II Nursery – 16 LDRP rooms

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• BE/BC in OB/GYN
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)
