About the role

We are in search of OB/GYN physicians for several opportunities across our growing, physician-led health system in eastern North Carolina. Highlights across our opportunities include employment with a growing 9-hospital health system, academic and community practice options, support from a Level I Trauma Center, Level IV NICU, and a state-of-the-art children’s hospital. Practice environment

• Growing 9-hospital physician-led healthcare system
• Privileges at 974-bed Level I Trauma Center
• Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
• Close collaboration with an established academic division inclusive of:
  • 11 OB-GYNs in the General OB/GYN Division
  • 4 Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
  • 1 Reproductive Endocrinologist
  • 3 Gynecologic Oncologists
  • 1 Urogynecologist
  • 6 Certified Nurse Midwives
• Opportunity to work with supportive and seasoned colleagues and to develop or expand one’s clinical and/or research niche

Clinical volumes

• Average 4,100 deliveries per year
• 350 maternal transports annually
• State-of-the-art children’s hospital offering 20 pediatric subspecialties and a Level IV NICU

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with shared call
