Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Deliver our Five Star Experience by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards, including: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized, and Valued.
• Greet and welcome guests promptly and take orders.
• Answer customer questions about restaurant menu items.
• Review orders for accuracy and tabulate checks.
• Process sales transactions and accept payments.
• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.
• Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately.
• Clean and sanitize workstation, tables, and other front-of-house restaurant areas.
• Maintain table settings by removing completed courses, refilling water glasses, and attending to additional needs.
• Close the dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash.
• Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
• Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to guests and vendors and assist them as required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (must be documented).
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must pass a background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

• May occasionally work in low-light conditions and be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

Work Environment

• Multiple locations, some open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
• Must be flexible to work any and all hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be available for emergency calls 24/7.
• Some enterprises are gaming facilities.
• Some enterprises are not smoke-free environments.
• Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
