Oaks Plus Athletic Coach

Job Responsibilities

• Works closely with Coordinator to ensure appropriate atmosphere is created and goals are met, communicating any issues to behavior, positive/negative, illness, or injuries.
• Present and involved for every practice and game on the schedule.
• Directs supporting staff regarding oversight, distribution, collection, cleaning, repair, maintenance, and storage of all athletic uniforms and equipment.

Requirements

• Enjoys working with youth.
• Communicates effectively and proactively, follows instructions, calmly and positively resolves conflict between students.
• Capable of physical labor involved in leading athletic team.
• Provides oversight of set-up and tear-down of equipment and facilities.
• Extremely honest and reliable.
• Upholds, models, and believes in the core values of The Oaks Academy.
• Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church.
