Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right eyewear solution.
• Provide expert advice on product features and benefits.
• Manage inventory and ensure store displays are attractive and informative.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of eyewear products and trends.

Pay

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
