About the role

Argo Cyber Systems is seeking an OA Analyst to support cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and modernization activities in federal environments. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with technical teams, program leadership, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality cybersecurity support in alignment with contract requirements and organizational standards. This role is contingent upon successful contract bid win.

Responsibilities

  • Support organizational authorization, oversight, or assessment activities across cybersecurity governance workstreams.
  • Track RMF package artifacts, evidence requests, findings, and action items to closure.
  • Assist with SSP reviews, control implementation validation, and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain trackers, and support governance forums and decision documentation.
  • Provide analytical support for continuous monitoring, package health, and compliance status reporting.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years RMF, governance, or assessment support.
  • Experience with security documentation, artifact reviews, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and meeting/action management skills.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in RMF, governance, or assessment support.
  • CAP, CISSP, Security+.
  • Federal A&A/RMF oversight experience.
  • Excel/SharePoint/PowerPoint reporting proficiency.
  • Experience assessing cloud, Zero Trust, and hybrid environments.
  • Federal civilian or DoD A&A support experience.
  • Experience with multiple operating systems to include Linux/Unix, Windows, & Splunk.
  • Practical experience with different scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Practical experience with the Databricks Intelligence Platform.
  • Experience with system vulnerability assessments.
  • Knowledge of computer programming and scripting languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ or higher certification level preferred.
