About the role
As an Integrated Demand and Supply Planning (IDSP) o9 Consulting Manager, you will help implement o9 Solutions to improve operating performance for our clients. You will work closely with clients on initiatives to balance demand and supply by designing demand and supply planning processes, overlaying enabling technology, and implementing the executive Integrated Demand and Supply Planning process.
Responsibilities
- Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering IDSP solutions to clients.
- Conduct standard business/technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs.
- Set engagement objectives and scope, followed by development of detailed project plans to meet specific needs of each client and engagement.
- Support sales of the IDSP service offerings.
- Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members.
- Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust.
- Be responsible for the review and approval of all client deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support overall brand and positioning.
- Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable.
- Travel 10-25% based on project requirements and/or client demand.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with o9 Solutions application and modules.
- 2+ years of o9 platform configuration experience (models, workflows, dashboards).
- 1+ years of experience in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, design reviews.
- 1+ years of experience working with agile and traditional delivery models.
- Strong understanding of one or more of the following functional areas:
- Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Supply Planning & S&OP / IBP
- Inventory Optimization
- Supply chain data models (products, locations, hierarchies)
- Experience or knowledge of SQL/data modeling fundamentals.
Preferred Skills
- Basic Python skills.
- Experience in supply chain consulting.
- Experience working on large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Experience with ETL tools.
- Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP, or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience implementing other advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, e.g., Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup.
Pay
The starting pay range for this remote role is $105,840.00–$147,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on factors including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
