Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot PV systems, inverters, electrical equipment, and associated components
• Read electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation
• Adhere to electrical safety and NFPA 70E/OSHA practices
• Work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
• Use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and clamp meters
• Travel to project sites as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in solar O&M, electrical maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical/technical training or certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting PV systems, inverters, electrical equipment, and associated components

Pay

$60,000 - $100,000 per year
