We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview, Responsibilities, Required Education, Experience & Skills, Preferred Qualifications, Core Values, Work Environment, Physical Duties, Pre-Placement Physical Required?, Union/Non Union, FLSA Status, Schedule, Salary Statement. We need to include only sections with real specific content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we can adapt: The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. We need to decide which sections to include based on content present. We have compensation: $22.00/hour. So Pay section can be included. Schedule: we have schedule details: 16 hours per week, Monday-Thursday afternoons, 4 hour shifts 2-7 PM, occasional additional hours, orientation dates, program term. So Schedule section. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits listed. So we should not include Benefits. About the role: Overview description can go there. Responsibilities: list. Requirements: could combine Required Education, Experience & Skills? The instruction says use Requirements heading for any list of duties/requirements/benefits? Actually they said use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have Requirements section for required education, experience, skills. Qualifications could be for preferred qualifications. Skills maybe separate? But we can combine. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    Schedule

16 hours (4 days) per week, Monday‑Thursday afternoons; 4‑hour shifts scheduled between approximately 2:00‑7:00 PM. Occasional additional hours may be required for staff meetings and professional development. Work begins with required orientation workshops scheduled between August 31 – September 11; the program year runs September 10, 2026 – June 9, 2027. Tutors are not scheduled to work during NYC Schools holidays and closures, including summer.

We also have Core Values, Work Environment, Physical Duties, Pre-Placement Physical Required?, Union/Non Union, FLSA Status, Salary Statement. Those are substantive but not mapped to headings. The instruction says we should include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It didn't say we must include all possible headings; we can include others if we map them to allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It does not include Core Values etc. So we should not create sections for those unless we can fit them under existing headings. Could we put Core Values under About the role? Or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings for sections; we could also use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. However we have substantive info like Core Values, Work Environment, Physical Duties, Union/Non Union, FLSA Status, Salary Statement. Should we include them? The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to include that info somewhere. We could incorporate them into existing sections: maybe About the role can include Core Values, Work Environment, Physical Duties, Union/Non Union, FLSA Status, Salary Statement. But that might be mixing. Better to create additional sections with appropriate headings? The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies we should use h3 for any section headings, and the examples are those. It doesn't say we cannot use other headings like Core Values. But to be safe, we could incorporate them under About the role or Qualifications. Let's think: The posting includes "Core Values", "Work Environment", "Physical Duties", "Pre-Placement Physical Required?", "Union/Non Union", "FLSA Status", "Salary Statement". These are substantive. We could add a section "About the role" that includes overview and also these details. Or we could add a section "Work Environment" as its own heading, but that's not in the examples. However the instruction didn't explicitly forbid it; it just gave examples. Usually they'd want us to stick to those headings. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could add a section "Work Environment" as an h3, which is still a heading. The examples are not exhaustive. I'd say it's okay to add other headings as needed, as long as we use h3. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." This is a directive to use h3 for headings, not to limit to those. So we can add other headings like Core Values, Work Environment, etc. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid many thin sections. So maybe combine some. We could create a section "About the role" that includes overview, core values, work environment, physical duties, union/non-union, FLSA status, salary statement. That would be a bit long but okay. Alternatively, we could have separate sections for "Work Environment" and "Core Values" etc. But that would be many sections. Given the preference for few substantive sections, I'll incorporate those details into About the role. Thus About the role will contain overview paragraph plus bullet points? Could be paragraphs. Let's craft About the role:

Overview New York Public Library is hiring Tutors for the NYPL After School program, which provides free, drop-in homework help and enrichment activities for school-age children across NYPL locations in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island. The 2025-2026 program term for NYPL After School will run from September 14, 2026 to June 9, 2027. Work will begin for all staff with required orientation workshops scheduled between August 31 - September 11. All Tutors work Monday-Thursday afternoons, 16 hours per week, with four hour shifts scheduled between approximately 2:00-7:00 PM. Some additional hours may be required for staff meetings and professional development. Tutors are not scheduled to work during scheduled program breaks, including holiday closures and days when NYC Schools are not in session. As the lead program staff for NYPL After School at each location, Tutors work in the public library to engage children ages 6-12 in group format academic support and enrichment activities during the busy after school hours. The program does not require enrollment and children are welcome to participate on a drop-in basis each day.

Then maybe add a paragraph for Core Values: "Core Values: All team members are expected and encouraged to embody the NYPL Core Values: Be Helpful to patrons and colleagues, Be Resourceful in solving problems, Be Curious in all aspects of your work, Be Welcoming and Inclusive." Then Work Environment: "Work Environment: New York Public Library branch." Physical Duties: "Physical Duties: Limited physical effort is required; may require travel within NYC." Pre-Placement Physical Required?: "Pre-Placement Physical Required: No." Union/Non Union: "Union/Non Union: Non-Union." FLSA Status: "FLSA Status: Non-Exempt." Salary Statement: Could be included but we already have Pay section. The Salary Statement is about pay transparency; we could incorporate into Pay section or About the role. Since we have Pay section with $22/hour, we could add a note about salary statement there. But we must not repeat info. Let's keep Pay section just the rate. Salary Statement could be omitted? It's substantive but maybe we can include in Pay section as a note. Better: Pay section includes rate and note about salary statement. Thus Pay:

$22.00 per hour. The Library’s pay transparency and equity statement notes that compensation is determined by considering position requirements, skills, experience, education, scope and impact, internal peer equity, and candidate-specific training, with no single factor being conclusive.

That preserves the Salary Statement content. Now we have covered all substantive info. Check we didn't miss: Overview, Responsibilities, Requirements (
