This role leads the development and growth of our Construction Management Services within the NY/NJ Water Business Group. The NY/NJ Water Construction Management Lead is responsible for coordination, monitoring, and improvement of technical competencies of construction management staff with a focus on meeting client needs and market drivers.
The NY/NJ Water Construction Management Lead will report to the Area Water Business Group Manager and collaborate with our Area Business Development Manager, Water Market Sector Client Managers, Regional Construction Field Services Lead, Project Managers, and technical staff to support Construction Management business development and project delivery in the area.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and growth of Construction Management Services within the NY/NJ Water Business Group.
- Coordinate, monitor, and improve technical competencies of construction management staff.
- Ensure construction management services meet client needs and market drivers.
- Collaborate with the Area Water Business Group Manager, Business Development Manager, Water Market Sector Client Managers, Regional Construction Field Services Lead, Project Managers, and technical staff.
- Support business development and project delivery for Construction Management in the NY/NJ area.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to construction management staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Participate in proposal development, presentations, and client meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt services to meet evolving client and market demands.
