NW Deployment Tech IV (GND-CORE), DCC Communities

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for internal teams.
• Perform Process Improvement.
• Gather data on common failures or waste and work with supporting teams to get them resolved / minimized / eliminated.
• Launch new network capacity.
• May be required to assist Deployment Technicians with rack deployments on heavy deployment days or Cabling team.
• Ensure adherence to timelines.
• Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes always with an eye on improvement.
• Work closely with our Install/Deployment Technicians, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Technical Project Manager teams to ensure fast, smooth delivery of on-demand customer capacity.
• Cordination of design, project timeline/ schedule and construction works.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 2+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience in computer networking.
• Experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
